Alipay - Simplify Your Life

I downloaded this app to use in China for payment as tourist. It worked great WHEN it works! Unfortunately 90% of the notifications and updates are in Chinese! I couldn’t top up with the amount I wanted- only 100RMB per day!! It keeps asking me to verify ID which I have setup before going to China but then a week later it keeps asking when I wanted to top up more than 100RMB!! Problem is every was written in Chinese and no support at all... so no idea what ID and what to click!! Needs lots of improvements so tourists don’t get stuck when using the app in China for payment!

The “international” version is still mostly in Chinese so you have to screenshot pages and translate them. Also adding western cards just doesn’t work. Don’t know how a company could put this out.

Great service and a very relaxing atmosphere with a lovely mix of Chinese & Western music.

老是弹风险风险，最后付款直接限制不让用，一个支付宝一年就用几次都是亲戚朋友转帐居然还会弹风险还给我把付款限制了，还说交易存在欺诈，我上传的哪个聊天记录证明的了我欺诈，纯恶心人

支付宝花呗是个好东西

能不能还给马云啊，这一没得创意了。
