Not user friendly
Too many banners makes the app very confused and not easy to use especially for who bot able to read Chinese language

Only chinese speaking
Considering how essential it is, there needs to be an english version
Impossible to enter in the app after registration!!
The app, after asked me to enter my infos and upload my passport, logged me out and doesn’t allow me to enter in my profile or in the app at all!! It requires an “authentication” that cannot be done, since when i proceed it stucks on a “please wait” page without any possibility to go on. there is no help center to contact, the only help page has a number a pre-written queries and answers that are of NO HELP AT ALL!! neither i can re-registerd cause my phone number results already registered!! It’s a SHAME!!!

太多报错重复点击和重复填写信息了，bug比腋臭还臭😀 不仅如此，操作繁琐，好好的存钱转账简单的app被搞得这么复杂。真不知道是哪只脚做的

Its says mastercard is supported! But!!?? Surprise on the paper it says it’s supported but when you put you mastercard and it doesn’t work at all
