Out of date!
Using my 9.7” iPad Pro I was looking to purchase a new iPad. When I went on line I received a pop up saying that a new version of the Apple Store app was available and to update. Nothing happened but then saw that it was for iOS 17.0 and later. My aging iPad has the latest possible iOS of 16.7.10 and hence why it will not load. FFS this is only a “store” app and should not be restricted to the latest iOS. It is a basic program an should require no sophisticated hardware and so should be backward compatible. Bottom line is I can not order a new iPad Via this route - bit of an own goal Apple!

I could say plenty of things about this app it’s perfect if you want to buy an apple product with fast delivery and I can easily find my way around this app. I highly recommend this app!

Getting ads on crowd city for you thing
Can’t obtain the Apple app on iPhone 10
Seems rather bizarre that I can’t purchase from the app (including a new iPhone) because the IOS update required is not available on my current phone. I’d have thought it was in a company’s interests to make it available to as wide an audience as possible.
Cannot get on to the Apple Store app
I have a iPhone X and it will not let me open the app says it has to have software higher than 17 mine is only 16. Was going to update to an iPhone 16 but maybe not.
