MAKE DESCENT UPDATES YOU MONEY SUCKING PARASITES
€1200 or more for the latest iPhone and still no descent interface, the commercials of YouTube are skyrocketing in the app, and your screen freezes to WARN YOU whenever it’s 10% or 20% battery.. that’s moronic. Why not let it pop up in the screen with a transparent look. That way you can continue your work. This is something you should’ve figured out YEARS AGO. But you all have lost your way

Recent iPhone update for keyboard sucks
All of my keyboards were deleted after the most recent update and replaced with bilingual keyboards, which don’t work because it’s confuses Dutch and English all the time. Not only did I have to delete all of the bilingual keyboards that I did not ask for, but in order to bring back my original one language keyboards I could not simply install them but had to choose every single time whether they would be bilingual and which keyboard to use. Next time provide the option, but respect the choices that users already made.
Always have updates which is annoying
I don’t use apple store app every day maybe once a month, and it is very annoying that every time I try to open the app, there’s an update. Instead of waiting updating it every time, I prefer to check the products via the website.
I cloud extra abonnement voor 50 GB opzeggen onmogelijk gemaakt
Ik heb op 10 september 2024 een abonnement voor ICloud opslag van 50 GB voor €0,99 per maand gekocht. Maar hebt het abonnement na 16 dagen weer opgezegd. Had Apple o hun mail om betaling gegevens bij te werken beantwoord dat het abonnement per 26 september 2024 heb opgezegd. Krijg tot nu toe, het is nu 25 november 2024 steeds dezelfde mail dat ik mijn betaling gegevens moet bijwerkende. Ongelofelijk. Aanschaffen kan zo maar opzeggen is naar een speld in een hooiberg zoeken. Of je wordt verwezen naar de App Store om Apple support te downloaden, wat op mijn IPhone niet mogelijk is omdat de TUE IPhone verouderd is. Ongelooflijk. Apple alstublieft neemt actie !!
