I am sick and tired of the endless adds telling me to clean my phone. They are so hard to close and very annoying.

I have an old iPhone which is getting to end of life. I would like to look at buying a new one. One problem, I try to open the app and I am told I must upgrade my Apple Store app but must have IOS17. I can’t upgrade so I can’t access store which means I can’t buy phone. Apple is shooting itself in the foot. Somebody in marketing hasn’t quite thought it through I guess.

Wont let me update to new version from the ipad we just brought from store. It says this is not an ipad yet i just brought it

Apple makes it incredibly difficult to rate their services for any difficulty you might discover, Siri does not understand any other English accent other than the obvious; American. Extremely disappointed.

This app now only works with the iCloud based Apple ID linked to the device, and won’t let you use another. If the purchasing Apple ID needs to be different, the website is the only option, making this app useless.

On opening it gives the message ‘pre order begins at 12:00 NZST’. Nothing else. I have no idea what this pre order is for. I don’t want to pre order anything. I just want to check some specs of an older model.
