finally the developers have added India as an option in region settings.. I don’t know why it took developers 5 years to add India in region settings, as the online Apple Store (web) has been introduced for India in 2020 and in the Apple Store (app) they have introduced in 2025..
Misleading apps are allowed on the platform
Apps such as Health guard are being allowed without checking authenticity or whether they are delivering promised services. It is a kind of chating and App Store becomes part of it knowingly
