Why not let people review an app anonymously???

Okay it has been more than a year since 2 physical Apple stores opened up in India. Why is it not on the list? Why can’t I purchase a damn device via this app?

As a dedicated Apple user and a proud Indian, I'm writing to request the addition of India as a separate country option in Apple Store apps.
