I sent my ps5 controller again after I recorded it on my phone the same issue, and received it back again saying nothing wrong with it like if I enjoy throwing money away. Someone needs to take this company down through BBB. SMH they can’t fix a joystick and continue to lie to you as a customer ignoring the main issues here.
