Atoms Reviews

Edited for better pro pricing

Neb390 on

The app quality is great, and the features are continuing to improve. Having tried a lot of habit apps, this is my go to. I originally left a lower review because of the very high pro pricing at the time, it's nice to see it has been lowered to a somewhat more affordable price

BRING BACK OLD WIDGET

Flex Mentalo on

Canada

Love this APP but please bring back the old widget at least as an option, the new one is too busy with all the text, the colour circles were so perfect & pleasing. This one is way less slick, & to be honest, way less habit forming. There was something special about the simplicity of seeing the habits change colour, And not get crossed out, it felt more true, The task wasn’t done, the task is never done, It not a task, it’s a vote for a new self. Now this looks like any other “To Do” list … I had no problems with accidental taps, And the rare occasions it happened I just unlogged the habit, Thanks

One of the best investments I have ever made!

Truly inspiring. If you want to take the first step and become the change you wish to see, I strongly believe this app will help you. It helped me, and continues to do so.

Too expensive

Gonzo Lama on

I’ve been following the progress through the blog and have been excited to use the app, but $150/year for the discounted price?! That’s just gouging. I hoped for honest efforts to help people set habits, but this feels like a grift.

Great App, Unbelievable price

Fantastic book and I loved using the demo of the app, it’s a really great and helpful tool. But the subscription price is disgusting greed. I bought Streaks instead for a one time purchase.

Early testing

I like what this app is trying to do. I hate the prospect that I am in a free trial and am asked to subscribe. We’ll see how this goes and if a free version is ok or if paying is worth it.

Money grab

Fitnesapal on

The idea of this app is awesome, and I get that people monetize everything, but it’s frustrating when you start out with a few simple features in the free version and even those get cut off when they want you to pay. I understand there is usually a paid version of most apps but when so little features are offered in free and even those get taken away it’s just annoying, why not just do only paid then.

Too Expensive

Dinho Para on

I would love to use it but it’s way too expensive. Around $50 a year would be more reasonable

Great app, too expensive!

kbella01 on

This app has been great in keeping my focused on some things I want to work on. Was pleasantly surprised to find content from the book (must read!) but I found m that helpful in reminding me things I read. The book really helped me have a different perspective of things and helped me work on some of my shortcomings. I really like how I can create some habits to focus on that I can make specific and set reminders throughout the day. When the reminders go off, it’s 1 min of reflection time to refocus in my head on where I want to be. Cons: I do not like how expensive the app is. As the trial period ends soon, I am flustered on what to do. The free version only allows for 1 habit and I have 3. At least make it 2 habits in the free version? Please lower your price or increase your habit allowance. Another thing, I just updated the app as there was an update. Before updating, the habits were in coloured circles, which I loved. Having that different layout and interactive haptic feature kept it fresh and easy to use. After I updated it, the compact version just does a normal coloured box in a list layout. If you do select the compact version, it’s even uglier with large coloured square bubbles and you have to scroll down to get to all your habits. I suggest returning it to the previous circled bubbles. It was easier to see your habits and different outlook on them. Please return the circles for each habit along with the haptic feature for competing the habit. Also liked when I pressed the bubble, it would take me to my habit to read. This new square listed layout, you cannot do that and have to press the + and have to go to “habit details” to read it.
