AXS Tickets

This app is the worse ticketing app. I have tickets I can’t get access to because it won’t let me create an account. I’ve spent 20 hours trying to work through their live help desk issue but it’s pointless. There is no real person available to help you. What a scam!

Absurd "service fee" that's almost as high as the ticket price. Unable to get a refund even if the show is cancelled. Not to mention the poorly developed app that is no different than a webpage and ia almost unusable on a phone.

After buying tickets on this app the past two years, can no longer purchase. App says there is a problem with my payment method. Credit card company says the problem is on this vendors end, not theirs. Please do an update to resolve this issue.

Not worth the space on your phone. It is worthless for buying tickets. I tried multiple times over two days to buy tickets. Finally was able to contact the venue during business hours and told them I had trouble with the app and was informed that I should never use the app, just call to buy. Just another deadbeat app trying to skim money.

I bought tickets through another reseller, created an account and accepted the transfer via browser. I downloaded the app but was unable to sign in to view my tickets. After chatting with a support agent, I was informed that the app wouldn’t work with VPNs. This is absolutely unacceptable. I thought TicketMaster was a bad app but it still works with VPNs. This lack of VPN support makes AXS even worse. Even one star is probably too much. A VPN is a necessity these days and the app developers need to update their app to allow it to work with most VPNs. And fast!

i have never use a app that big company runs that can't even handle basic login function. when you try to login, it will say "oops, something went wrong" what the f is that? people pay money to go to convert or performance, there is no way to contact them online, i pay over 600 for 2 tickets to wwe. and online live chat is offline always, the "have a question" button just loop through FAQ. this site start to feel like a scam. don't use Axs, i have never have worst experience than this company

Terribly confusing. I got a QR code but disappeared the following day. After searching all day and the following day I checked my Rocket app and lo and behold there they were. So why did I need to download this app if the QR code for the tickets are in Rockets app? I hope when I go to the concert tomorrow there are no hiccups.

All businesses start out as a family trying to make it. It’s pathetic you now take from those families to make your table fuller. Support artist direct ticket links whenever you guys can. And buy I hard copy tickets whenever possible!!!!

No contact phone numbers no replies, showing me where my tickets are very unsatisfactory
