Got this app after seeing it after search of brain wave apps. My initial check of it shows that the effects of the Delta hs helped my sleep. Others I guessing need to be used over a period of time to show any benefit. All in all, I’d recommend the app vut I would not waste money on the add free version. I paid for it and still get ads. Will have to they aren’t anything but a mild annoyance, but when I pay for ad free, I expect ad free. App is worth the five stars even with that, though I toyed with only giving four stars because of it.

Easy to use, without it bothering me with money or advertising. New favorite.

I find this app. simple to use and the information supplied as to the benefits of the various brainwaves is straightforward and helpful. The world is a little better for this app. A triumph!

Very basic and a very clean app. It only offers a choice of brainwaves which is fine for me. I love to use this app when reading from my Kindle or Apple library as background. Well worth the $1.99.

Delta helps me sleep

This is the best app I have tried the delta sounds put me to sleep fast and I wake up rested it’s so worth the 1.99 price the timer has so many time settings including loop so it stays on I until You turn it off I set mine for 2 hours and drift off quickly into a deep sleep

I like the music but the latest update includes pop up banners which shows everytime you make a song selection which makes it hard to relax. Also, the songs fade out and back in, would be better if there was gapless playback.
