I’ve NEVER had an experience like this…

I’ve tried soooo many different programs, trained and been coached by many different companies and have tried multiple apps. None compare to this. Not only do they fill all the gaps - like, why do we eat certain foods, or explain what things are happening to your body while following their plans, and answer the “why” questions as you’re going through their plans - but, they’re also easy to follow workouts and delicious nutrition plans, and the results are incredibly fast. I feel so good, and my husband is following along with me, and claims he could be the spokesperson for the nutrition plan with how mobile and not-achy his joints are feeling. My nursing baby hasn’t had belly aches since I started this new path, and as a post partum momma of a 10 week old, my moods and mental wellbeing have already balanced out and I’m feeling incredible! Would highly recommend to anyone considering this!

I feel like I’m getting back to myself

I’m only on day 8 of the program and already I’m learning so much about the impact having a baby had on my body, why I’m in pain in certain ways, and ways to adjust the program to get back to myself (and go beyond to get strong in a healthy way). The program is very easy to follow, gentle and educational (without being boring or too much right off the bat). The coaches are great to ask questions of and help to better understand how to heal my body. It’s a great and supportive community. My husband is also doing some of the activities with me and noticing a lot about posture, breathing and more. Highly recommend to any person who is looking to heal their body post-baby, no matter their age or how long it’s been. This is a great, safe space to heal.

I have finished Ab Rehab and 3 months of the Slim Down diet - I have nothing but the best things to say about this app, the programs and all the coaches that help you through this journey. This has changed my life. It has given me the tools to keep me on track to a healthy lifestyle. I have lost a ridiculous amount of inches in my belly and waist combing the diet and workouts. My diastasis recti is completely healed, my pelvic floor is completely healed and I don’t think I have felt this strong even before my first pregnancy. I downloaded this app in desperation 3 months pp because of debilitating back pain. I was lured in by an Instagram ad that mentioned many of the issues I have having postpartum including the back pain so I thought I’d give it a try. Let me tell you I am SHOCKED at how comprehensive and easy to follow it is and by day 10 I realized I hadn’t had pain for days. The best part of this app and the Ab Rehab program is that they go into so much detail that you really get to know your body, its compensations and how to fix it. You can tell how much time and effort Nancy and her team put into this, I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I’ve learned a lot in a week with this app. I’ve noticed differences in back pain already and am more mindful of posture and firing deep abdominal muscles when training in the gym. I have 2 children and sustained a motorcycle accident recently and my core needed this app!!

If you’re considering this, just do it! I thought about Nancys program, followed her IG for a long time before starting this. 3 years post partum, I’d tried it all, personal trainers, weight watchers, in person pelvic floor therapy. Only 1 1/2 months in and my stomach is flatter, I feel stronger and have less pain! I’ve been recommending this to all my mama friends. The workouts are so simple to follow and really quite short. I can see myself sticking with this for a long time! Thank you Birth recovery team!

Most comprehensive program I’ve seen for pp recovery

I have severe DR (4+ fingers) and it’s sucked. I’ve seen two PF PTs and I’ve acquired a lot of knowledge on how to heal - yet it felt I never would. PTs would be like “ok you’re healed off you go” but I still looked 6 month pregnant, back issues etc. Point being, I’m a bad case and this app is the most freakin comprehensive thing I’ve come across. And it’s not smoke and mirrors like so many online things are. Experts, self assessments, guided step by step daily (doable) workouts, supportive community. I’m 30 days in and my posture is better, I’m know I’m stronger, more confident, more aware of my body and its overcompensation’s. I could go on and on. Yes, you have to pay for it, but it’s a fraction of the cost of IRL PT and I’m telling you…I’ve sought out local experts but this here is more than I’ve ever found. Do it for yourself ladies.

I was not progressing with healing my diastasis recti by working out on my own at home, infact I was getting relapse and in just 7 days I have seen some great improvement in my overall body composition, the stretches have been so helpful, the workouts for diastasis are very unique compared to conventional videos on YouTube. You start seeing improvement almost instantly. The access to so many professionals is so awesome. I highly recommend.

Nancy and her team are amazing! Ive felt so supported during my first week, and Ive made huge progress in such a short amount of time. Day 1 I had zero feeling in my low core, but by Days 2 and 3, i was feeling those muscles for the first time since I had my son almost 11 years ago. Years of HIIT and then pilates didnt get me anywhere closer to my fitness goals, and led to herniating a disc in my back because I hadnt focused on repairing post pregnancy first. Day 7 and my posture has improved, my low core has tightened up a lot, back pain is minimal, and my body feels more aligned and properly supported. Highly recommend! Totally worth the investment.
