Confusing

Adding to a phone is confusing

Life-Saver

This app has helped me out a ton, I was stressing out because I was on a website when it redirected my account to another website only to get a notification that my phone was hacked, I was panicking so I looked up Bitdefender and oh boy do I love it, thank you so very much for protecting me and my account(s). :)

The free version allows for virus scanner and vpn and spam email checks but getting premium is good although I want I free premium the 14 day trail ain’t worth it but still really good

Cauterizes your wifi and apps

Way too buggy, prevents wifi browsing and somehow disabled all my apps, it even disabled it’s own app ! Took me a week to figure out it was the problem because it was working at first. I Highly DONT recommend .

Bitdefender Software

I am very disappointed in Bitdender Protection Soft! I am going to try another company after my purchases have expired! Honestly, it is great on computers but you can not use the VPN and the Antivirus Software at the same time on an Apple IOS system. You chose which one you wish to connect to and that is all you get. On my computer they both connect and do a good job, but on an iPhone, they will not work together! That is just not good enough for me! I paid for complete security and fully expect to get that! Like all other companies, they only have computer automated support. They have HELP, but I don’t want to pay for the little help and no problem solved! They don’t even know me anymore! Great but absolutely NO reason for iPhone users

Bitdefender is really great on Android, Mac, and PC, but there is simply no reason for someone to have it on iPhone nor iPad. They simply cannot get infected like other devices and ends up costing you a pretty penny for literally no reason. I know a lot about tech and iPhones and iPads are almost completely invincible to malware. Now if you get this bundled in with a more expensive Bitdefender plan, then sure, go ahead but don’t worry about spending for iPad or iPhone

. It’s superior to all other products now.

I’ve used Bitdefender and I’ve used Norton 360 and I have to say that Bitdefender uses less resources and my computers run better because a lot of the computing is done in the cloud. Defender is the best.

This protection is always turned off… even when I turn it on. iPhone user.

Slow startup

Slows up loading the initial page! I don’t know how to fix it. It doesn’t seem right.
