I’m truly sorry to give this app such a low rating as the concept is very clever and innovative. Although no. You do not get to read a book by getting the ‘gist’ of it it from a synopsis. You might as well go to the bookshop and read the backs of the books while sipping on your morning coffee and then claim to have read the book. To truly understand what the author is trying to convey, you should probably read the whole thing. Otherwise what’s the point of them even writing it? Busy people? I’m a busy person too. Still find the time to read books. It depends on your priorities in life I suppose. Let’s not add more semi-ignorance into this world. There’s enough out there as is.
Most non- fiction books can have the vitally important messages of the book compressed into just a few pages. That's what Blinklist does, enabling you to read the best stuff in the book without having to read the whole book, so you can take in more info in a faster smarter way. I love Blinklist. But be careful. You can get addicted to reading ten books a day!
Didn’t like the product but they did honor the refund.
I canceled my trial within the time period allotted, deleted the app, and then months later was charged a 1 year subscription. I canceled my trial because of all the AI voices- I don’t enjoy listening to robots.
My apple subscriptions shows that I am subscribed but I cannot access my content. I would not recommend this app!

Really love this app. The synopses are a bit short though.
It’s a whatever app sort of fine for what it does I guess. The woke ‘empower women’ ads are getting annoying as apparently everyone is doing that. Stupid and has nothing to do with anything and there’s often just so much wokness in the apps themselves now to where the focus seems to be mostly pushing nonsense rather than making the app better.
