Downloads disappeared
This is now the 2nd time, that basic features stop working in the app and I have to delete the app to restore it’s operation. Otherwise great content.
Freeze
The app freezes right at the moment when I tap the search field. Any solutions?
Rip off
Even though the app said that you would start out with a trial, they immediately take your money. For me after I have been ripped off. The login wouldn’t work. The only way was to contact them in an email, which I did and the week later I got the answer back that they haven’t heard for me for a while and because of that they consider the issue to be resolved. Of course, the issue has not been resolved which means that I have purchased a subscription for a service that I wasn’t able to use for a single second ever since. I would not recommend this to anybody, it is nothing but an outrage.
App bug!
The app is really the thing I was looking for. But with VW infotainment system - car play, the app is almost not working. I must always operate the app via phone, not via the car. It’s annoying and dangerous. Please fix this bug!

I already paid the yearly subscription and in the App Store it says I subscribed but when i open the app it still says “start ur trial etc”
Books that could have been an email
I always felt, that some books only have more than 10 pages, so they can sell them for more then $0.99. Then there are books which are a worthy read, but how do you know that? Enter Blinkist. For the books which could have been an email, it is a great summary, for the worthwhile books, it is the best sales pitch. Love it!
Not the right process
It can be a good application but I will not know that. It makes me angry when you want me to create an account and just AFTER THAT pushes the pricing to my face. I do hope you will not use my email address in the future!
