The Soundtouch app do not have Tidal connect

Bad app

Soundtouch is connected to the wifi I can see from the router dashboard but this app can’t find the speaker? Why?

Dear Bose. Pls have an update for the SoundTouch series. The Bluetooth functions are bad when SoundTouch 10 is used in a stereo pair. Very disappointing for such a premium name. And it’s been forever since there was an update too.

Worst. Lost faith in all Bose apps

Worst ever app I ever came across. Literally have issues every time I try to use. Both the app and the Bose SoundTouch speakers are crap products.

Disconnect

Losing connection often.

SoundTouch problem using iPad

The volume will go haywire when using apps on iPad . While in IPhone platform will be ok

Sound control can get erratic

Overall it’s good. However from time to time, the volume would go crazy and increase rapidly on its own and cannot be controlled from the app. The result is a deafening experience for everyone in the house and our neighbors

Good but no equaliser

Good. Wish it has equaliser and timer. Bose..made a half app?

Unreliable

I changed from a Sonos to a Bose system, and comparing the reliability of the two for wifi playback, the SoundTouch is dreadful. Connection is patchy - it works some days and is completely unresponsive some days. I’ve had to resort to plugging in the aux cable into my iPad.

Bose need to improve

Now products r not that stable and every new models is not compatible with old , that a bad move to make money
