Just for disclosure-my WiFi is perfect. The app never finds my 3speakers! If on rare occasion it does - even the volume manipulation doesn’t work. It’s head wrecking and it’s been like this for ages and I don’t understand how isn’t it fixed yet?
This app is a joke and should not allowed in this store. Devs behind this app are retard. If you just bought a Bose device it’s highly recommended to get rid of it as soon as you can and invest in Sonos instead!
Totally agree with the below. It was working just fine for so long, now it’s useless.....
This app has never been very good, but recently, after 2.5 years of using it I can say that it’s worse than ever… I spent an hour now to run updates and reconnecting the speakers to the network and the group playing doesn’t work yet … we’ve just said that we are going to replace them with some other brand.
This app is one of the primary methods of full control of a very expensive speaker. If the app doesn’t work properly, then the speaker doesn’t work properly. I sold my speaker because of the issues with this app. 4 out 5 uses you will have connectivity issues or just pop ups with gibberish telling you to update some information. Absolute rubbish.
Please fix this. Our radio keeps turning off and disconnecting . Rarely works anymore

I can’t get the app to connect with my soundt 10 .
I agree - had no problem before update but now even though music is streaming ok and I have WiFi to my iPhone the app keeps saying no WiFi connection. Tried reloading everything and the same. My confidence in Bose has taken a severe blow!
