The worst app and a buggy speaker
I use to live Bose products but this has ruined my experience. The app rarely finds/connects to the speaker and SoundTouch 20 needs constant updates before I can use it.
Soundtouch 300
So easy to hook up and play! I also have the sub and surround speakers which give an amazing full audio experience - the deep base is like hearing real thunder!

Nothing beats The Bose!
Never stays connected
Total pain to connect and never stays connected. It’s not user friendly. Obviously written by the cheapest software developers they could find. Love your hardware Bose but please sort out your apps for the sake of got! So frustrating!
Sound Touch 20
Simple and Interfaces well with Spotify.
Do not buy!!
I have sound touch 10, 20, 30, sound bar 300 with bass module and the SA 5 amp powering 251 speakers and this system is sub par. The app drops out all the time, doesn’t play through Spotify with out restating each time, can’t find speakers in the app and says their is no connection even with full wifi strength and being plugged into Ethernet where possible. I would not recommend this system to anyone and sure as hell regret staying loyal to Bose. Sonos looks like the better option
Intrusive
I want to change a saved station. Can’t. App won’t let me do anything until I update the speaker (again), which will take 20 minutes. I shouldn’t have the updates forced upon me. How about update later when I’m not using the device?!
Latest update has broken the app
Since the v26 update the app is stuck on loading screen.
