I am not receiving a verification code even though I have network on my mobile. Tried it over 10 times and also restarted my phone, and still received nothing. Horrible

It was good before. I am using for a long time. Now sometimes errors coming. Loading increased. Video getting very dark. Sometimes automatically closed….
