The only VoIP app allowed to work in UAE and it’s very disappointing , notifications never work properly and recently I stopped getting notifications about calls , not mention poor audio and video quality when calling someone abroad even though internet connection is stable.
I just feel today this app is not safe for video call. Today I’m calling my friend and my video screen has been recorded automatically so that’s reason i am deleting this app
Unfortunately notifications don’t work well. I don’t receive notification about coming messages, when I open App suddenly I receive message. Why I don’t receive notifications? Sometimes something similar happens with calls, I don’t hear call or I receive short signal that someone was calling me after for example 1h. Help me pls with this issue.

Since the last months connection became worse, if you banning calls from other apps please in this case make your app perfectly working!
Never send money via botim money transfer, it’s a risk. They will offer you big exchange rate but the payment remittance will get cancelled in between and they will say will return in 5 working days. No way to contact their customer care as they say they only receive call from du and Etisalat prepared number( I still don’t get this logic) , their email can’t receive any email and their chat bot is sleeping. This is another way to get liquid money to roll over they get money for 5 days. It’s a scam don’t send money..
