I download the botim app in the netherlands +316… The phonenumber changed into +3106… I do not get the sms then! The zero shouldn’t be added by the system. I mailed customerservice. The first time i got an anwser with an automatic reply. The following 2 mail no anwser at all.
Kindly help me how can I fix this ? When I enter my number it adds 0 by it self so not able to get verification code

It doesn’t send me a setup sms. This kind of bug makes the app pointless and a waste of time.
You people should hire better developers who can atleast fix bugs and create a better and compatible version for device's so far i am using this app for more-than 2 years now i have not seen this app is stable and delivering the right package for me there is no value of this app all though i am leaving in a country where other app doesn’t work this is only reason i have this app on my phone other then that … this app has no worth using … sorry but i have to say that
Tried to contact support 3 times, no answer besides an automated message that Botim will contact me ASAP. Lacks the features and ergonomics of the best in class apps. If you can, avoid this thing.

The title is self explanatory of my problem. It barely works here in the U.A.E even after subscribing to packages.
