Totally Useless

MTW4 paired and app can’t see them. Reinstalled, rebooted phone and buds, re-paired Bluetooth everything I can think of. Absolutely rubbish.

Frustrating usability

Can’t just find things simple things like battery life or changing equaliser settings it’s a poorly designed app that lacks customisable in the run information. Disappointing

Why??

When I use these headphones they sometimes work but when I turn them off they literally don’t pair back, so I have to turn them off disconnect them from Bluetooth then re-pair them and it’s literally everytime I use these stupid headphones. Kmart has better quality

Can’t sign into Sennheiser app. Support team is non existent

The sign in button is greyed and I can’t sign in, online support to help me with my issue is non existent. I love Sennheiser but this experience has lowered my appreciation for the biggest headphone company in the world, maybe not the biggest anymore. Disappointed with lack of communication

Horrible

I actually don't know what I'm supposed to do. The settings for my connected headphones just don't appear most the times, the only place I can go to is the app settings itself. And when I can access my headphone settings half of those features don't appear as well. The sound equaliser, which is really the only useful thing from this app, I can't even access because the way to get there is straight up not showing up.

Doesn’t work properly in my iPhone 15 pro max.

No set up options available for a pxc 550. Please fix it soon. Thanks.

App doesn’t connect to Soundbar

The old app worked fine with my sound bar, but ever since I updated it, I cannot connect any more. Rubbish

I really love sennheiser but…

This app has lot more space to improve Since update from 1 March 2024, it completely crashed, I can’t even open the control dashboard. Please, you can either outsource it cheap to somewhere east Asia or anywhere in the world. It’s getting worse.

2 years later, still an abysmal app.

Have suffered the grinding frustration of having to use this App to control an Ambeo Soundbar Max. This App feels clunky, locks up, regularly loses track of the device. And, amazingly, never gets better with each update. Feel like Sennheiser had their intern build this app in an afternoon, it’s mind-blowingly low quality from a premium brand.

Horrid App, Crashes continually

this app is horribly frustrating. Every time I open it up it crashes repeatedly it is barely workable. The headphones, however, are very good but this app is a joke, Sennheiser please fix this
