Love this app! Unlike my B&O headphones the app gives you loads of customization features that actually work!! Earbuds and app are not great.
It is clear that Sennheiser think’s customers are fools and don’t deserve any level of respect. They released the new software version offering now more functionality but it requires a new firmware for the headsets that hasn’t even been released. When are you going to fix the software to allow users to download the required firmware for features advertised?

It doesn't even find my Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC and yet my iPhone does find it in the Bluetooth list even after unpairing. What a massive let down for a giant audio company.
Such a terrible poor quality app. Can’t even connect to a second device without disconnecting via the app. Such a waste of time
Many of the features that the manual for their products claim “can be adjusted in the smart app” straight up arent here. Also, this app needs to reconnect to my headphones every time i open it.
It's just inconvenient to use! And broken. For the last year or so it automatically resets my Momentum True Wireless 2 earphone settings every 1-2wks. So I'd have to hop in, disconnect the existing "pairing" and reconnect it (connection requires location be turned on, not just bluetooth). Now for the past couple days, it just won't let me connect my earphones whatsoever. So I can't reconfigure the settings/touch controls at all. No point in having it, tried reinstalling it, doing it over data vs wifi, restarting my phone, draining the earphones and recharging them fully, all to no avail. I highly recommend going with Bose or Apple headphones at this rate, integration and ease of use is so much better with those. Their software apps actually work for configuring your devices.
My earbuds connect to my iPhone 14 for calls, but won’t for music. This is not the first time this happened, but usually I can reconnect and it works. Now I’ve tried reconnecting several times, and rebooted by phone, nothing works. What gives? Never had these types of issues with my old Jabra headphones (or any other….)
Please add an ability to turn ANC and transparency modes off on M4. I want to listen to music with a passive noise cancellation, so my ears don’t hurt (because of ANC) and the headphones don’t catch every microsound from ambient (because of Transparency).
