Cannot find my MB 660 at all. This app was linked from the Sennheiser web, but they did not bother to support this model of headset anyway?

Truly a terrible application

high resolution audio mode

after the recent update the "high resolution audio mode" tick box is inconsistent, it shows up as disabled but if i restart the app a few times it suddenly says it's enabled again. using the Momentum 4

Will not connect with TW3

I'm using the app with TW3, and I'm not getting bt connection. That is I'm able to use the app with TW3, but then the TW3 won't work with spotify, podcasts etc. To get spotify etc to work I need to remove the TW3 from the app and add them manually with bt connection in iPhone. But of course then the app won't work..

Awful app

Everything is super slow, when trying to change any settings my momentum 4 headset will not update them rendering the app completely useless. Also it says that headset is updating with 21 minutes remaining, been stuck at that for an hour now and I cannot use the app before it finishes so that's just wonderful.

Totally useless. Not applicable for the M2, as many other here states. Clearly Sennheiser doesn’t care, or the would’ve fixed it. My one star actually means zero stars.

Slow and overheats

Truly horrendous app. So slow and my phone overheats. I sort of regret buying the Momentum 4 when I see what Sennheiser ships on the app store.

Finally charge status on case

Finally the charge status on the case is available in the app. Thank you. Although the update has got a misplaced header. Transparency mode has become Firmware update. Where the actual firmware update section is is beyond me. Would love to access connection management without so much clicking. Aldo, the smart pause appears to be buggy. The music is paused for a sec or two, then resumed. It could be that I touch the right bud button, but still..
