Cette app est hyper simple mais c’est ce qui la rend idéale - pas de fioritures juste un guide pour respirer et ralentir son rythme de respiration. On peut choisir la voix, le son d’ambiance et même les désactiver. Pas d’achats supplémentaires cachés … juste un guide de respiration sans distraction et c’est parfait. Je l’utilise régulièrement depuis des années.

Bien plus agréable que celle d’Apple & permet de choisir la couleur. Juste : ce serait possible de l’avoir en complications pour Apple Watch (plusieurs sortes de complications pour aller avec tous les cadrans)? Merci 😊

Could u add holotropic breathwork pattern ? And a new section cardiac coherence with heart rate sensor of the apple watch or Bluetooth device ? And it would be the perfect app

nice application but since the update the synchronization with Health is not accessible. Plus with the Apple Watch, feeling your pulse during the session is very unpleasant and disturbing
