Useless

Unable to see my booking and check in even after two phone calls to princess. Tried deleting the app and logging in both ways. They should not be forcing people to use this and need to provide an alternative method to check in.

Rubbish. Needs work

Booked Cruise and have number. Blue circle of doom for ages after inserting Ref number. Gave up watching it. Came back half hour later it was still circling. Closed app and reopened. Was ‘working’ of sorts. Went to add ref number again and it said ‘already added’. But still No Cruise details to be seen. Woofer I’ve added my picture. But that’s it! 😂

Awful App

Won’t let me add my card information for my onboard charges. My restaurant reservations I made for every night of our cruise have also be wiped out. App is not making things better so what’s the point

Doesn’t Work

Logged in initially but now won’t except my login credentials from my iPhone. Have changed my password a couple of times via app but still won’t work. Have also tried logging in via my cruise booking number but still no joy.

Awful App won’t book with Princess again

We booked our cruise a year ago and have paid our balance in full. We are due to sail in less than 9 weeks and still can’t make dining reservations through the app or website. We have contacted Princess multiple times, each time receiving conflicting advice which does nothing to resolve the issue. We have been trying to make reservations for months, have spoken to Princess multiple times over those months and still nobody can help us. We need to make our reservations in advance as we are travelling with young children. Appalling service from what is supposed to be a premium cruise line.

Can’t seem to book speciality restuarants when others on our July cruise have. Have deleted the app and tried again. Still no joy. Frustrating!!

This app is useless needs serious attention put all the correct information in and it says booking ref not recognised !!,

Useless App.

Unable to add journeys or anyone else in dining options in fact unable to do anything as just get ‘internal error’ message - so basically useless really.

Who designed and built this app? It is truly terrible.

New Princess App: BIG FAIL

No longer able to connect with others in your group as with the previous app. Unbelievably frustrating.
