Cisco Jabber Reviews

Nestabilní app

DanielParrot on

Czechia

Nestabilní spojení. Špatná komunikace. Časté odhlašování. Ikona ukazuje jiný počet událostí než je skutečnost.

Not synchronized with the PC

rapmancz on

Czechia

I take the call on the PC, but the phone app says missed call. Messages not syncing between the app and PC Limited possibilities to send and receive files. Slow connection to the phone service. Terrible app for the corporate users.

Notifications not working

scart335 on

Czechia

Have to open the app all the time.

useless

tzzsmk on

Czechia

there’s a very low chance (about 15%) of call or message reaching the phone, such low reliability makes the app practically useless

SSO not working

AlterWolf on

Czechia

The proposed Corporate SSO login is not working. Taking you into a loop forever between Sign-In and SSO

Phone service is not stable

krizvite on

Czechia

The voice connection is not stable. Most of the time Im not able to stay connected.

Bad version

Авичек on

Czechia

This version is not working properly. I can call only inside VoIP numbers belongs to company. Not outside.

Half-funcional than PC client

tlkounev on

Czechia

Doesnt work properly with PC client. I dont see chats from PC and I dont have call notifications when some 1 calling me...

Inventory Control

TeeBeee2 on

United States

The app would be worlds better if it stayed alive instead of closing automatically after not being used for a while. The whole point of the app is to be able to still connect to the Cisco network while being on the go. Android doesn’t have this issue, just IOS. The app is basically useless if it’s going to be “log out” after I lock my phone.

Terrible

Radicldreamer on

United States

Bad app, rings and won’t let you answer. Shows missed calls even though it never rang. Decent when it functions properly but that is rare
