Desktop Version auf Windows funkioniert super. Die App auf IOS ist unbrauchbar und schafft es, wenn überhaupt, auf 5G erst nach gefühlt 10 Stunden eine Verbindung herzustellen. Wenn ich von Unterwegs eine Anrufumleitung ändern will, bin ich schneller, wenn ich eine halbe Stunde ins Büo fahre und es da auf dem PC mache, anstelle auf dem iPhone.

Depuis iOS 16, l’application ne fonctionne plus avec la connection Bluetooth. Merci de faire rapidement les corrections nécessaires.

Since I upgraded to iOS 16, jabber is no more usable with Bluetooth sound connection. The sound is constantly cutting, like 1sec on, 1sec off. Could you please fix it?

Jabber calls don't work with iPhone 14 pro max ios 16.0.2 (20A380) and airpods pro 2 A2618 version 5A377. The sound in airpods is cut, stopped, it is impossible to hear anything. At the beginning I was thinking it was a network issue but it is not.

Won‘t start. Stuck with loading contacts

Stay away if you can. Calls almost never work. Can’t start a call. Can’t pickup. And when by miracle this works, can’t hear anything. No idea why my employer chose this piece of **** for voip. It’s turned into a joke between colleagues. At least, it may tell you someone tried to reach, and you can call back with a working phone 🙄

Connection wouldn‘t be lost during calls - sometimes we cannot understand each other because of ‚flickering‘ connection and have to repeat the last sentence. The connection to WLAN works well. All users in our company are affected.

Die Stabilität der App hat sich inzwischen stark verbessert und ist gut im Apple-Ökosystem integriert. Jedoch kriege ich täglich Push-Benachrichtigungen auf das iPhone und iPad, obwohl gar keine Anrufe oder Nachrichten eintreffen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und störend und muss DRINGEND behoben werden

Good app with some awful limitations. Doesn’t support handovers between 4G/WiFi, leading to missed calls and messages all the time when roaming between buildings. Either stay within the WiFi OR the 4G but don’t try to do both, it will not work. Unless your goal is to see a lot of people flipping tables. If you have the choice, stay with your DECT system until this limitation is fixed.
