Cisco Jabber Reviews

No funciona en segundo plano

Fer20233 on

Spain

La aplicación debe solucionar el funcionamiento en 2do plano, no te enteras de nada si no la tienes abierta, ni llamadas ni mensajes.

it disconnects every time you go to home screen

ftp927 on

Spain

I don’t know why but since I updated the last version it disconnects every time I go to home screen, block it or go to another application. It doesn’t make any sense....

Connected all time

Is possible to be connected 24h and receive msgs? Like whatsapp o fb for example?

Very nice quality video and standard based! Open solutions is what we need

Incompatible con todo, como siempre

No funciona con cualquier servidor jabber, solo con su call manager

Inventory Control

The app would be worlds better if it stayed alive instead of closing automatically after not being used for a while. The whole point of the app is to be able to still connect to the Cisco network while being on the go. Android doesn’t have this issue, just IOS. The app is basically useless if it’s going to be “log out” after I lock my phone.

Terrible

Radicldreamer on

United States

Bad app, rings and won’t let you answer. Shows missed calls even though it never rang. Decent when it functions properly but that is rare

iOS 17+.

Jabber will not work on the iPhone 17.

Does not stay connected unless the app is open

Kpeterk on

United States

Not sure what wrong with the latest version but Jabber will not stay connected in the background - so calls do not come through unless you keep the app open. This really needs to be resolved.

Garbage app

Saw It in DC on

United States

1. Cisco refuses to fix a problem that has been ongoing for several years — Jabber will not ring unless the app is active (ok), but it must be the focus and the phone can not be in sleep mode. 2. It has just come to my attention that my work voicemail (Jabber) is picking up calls to my PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER. Do not blame the call forwarding setting on my cell phone — it is off and has ALWAYS been off! I HATE this garbage app and the fact that Cisco refuses to fix problems!
