Cisco Jabber™ for iPhone and iPad is a collaboration application that provides presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, voice messaging, and video calling capabilities on Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch. Escalate your Jabber calls into multi-party conferencing with Cisco WebEx® Meetings. This integrated collaboration experience works with both on premise and cloud-based collaboration architectures.

The latest Cisco Jabber for iPhone and iPad Release 14.0 is supported on iOS 13 running on an Apple iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus , 8, 8 Plus, X, Xs, Xs Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12 series, SE and SE2, Apple iPad 5th, 6th and 7th generation, iPad Air, iPad Air2, iPad Air3, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro 1st , 2nd generation and 3rd generation, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 5, or Apple iPod touch 6th generation. Cisco Jabber is also supported on watchOS 6 running on an Apple Watch, Watch 2, Watch 3 and Watch 4.

Video call with no consent

Terrible app, when someone is making a video call it doesn’t give you the option to answer it as a voice call or at least tells you it is a video call in the pop up call notification in the top.. i have answered many calls from there and all of the sudden i realized that i am being in a video call after answering How come you don’t give me in the notification to answer it as video or as a voice ?????

Doesn’t work on the background

A year ago this app was great. Now it doesn’t work on the background and it old dated. Needs a lot of enhancements. And user friendly UI.

Jabber does not work with iOS

An excellent app for our company. However, since 2 months we are facing an issue with receiving calls on IOS. When I received a call in my office desk and already answered it, A few minutes later, jabber start ringing with the same call which I already received. I found out all the company employees using IOS facing the same issue. Kind solve it. Thanks

Discounts most of the time

For a while the app is disconnecting sometimes while speaking and I’m missing lots of calls everyday

Technical error in the App.

Please note that Cisco Jabber application is not working probably since almost one week. Once I open it, it shows a download process without getting any result. The only way to let it work is to delete and reinstall it again. Two hours later, I have to do the same process. Please support to solve this problem. Note: the above is a general complain from many of our staff in the company.
