Cisco Jabber Reviews

Missed calls colour

mavragv on

Greece

Missed calls appear like the other calls without having a different colour. On previous version there was a solid red colour now has changed and appears like light red which is very useless

Doesn’t work with iOS 15.5

Tettranthos on

Greece

When screen is turned off, the app instantly disconnects. When screen is on and the app is running on the background, calls are announced with a delay of 2-3 mins! (iphone XR)

Disconnects

Greece

After latest update, when the app signs on (with Face ID in my iPhone 11) everything works, but when the phone after a while turns the screen of, then app disconnects and it connects again only when I launch the app again. Please fix.

App crush

Mary Vaila on

Greece

After the last update, the app loads once and then it crushes. You need to uninstall and install again but that also doesn't fix the problem. It won't last more than one use. It's really frustrating and not helpfull at all when you have to work remotely. Please do something an fix this asap.

Pettos Vassilikos on

Greece

Latest update cause a permanent crash on iPhone. In order to be functional we have to uninstall and install again. Please do something or roll back to a previous update.

Lack of features/disconnect

mdkpower on

Greece

Compared with other known free voip clients Jabber need more improvement. You cannot edit a number before the call. You can see from history an unanswered but you must add 0 before calling and you cannot. Furthermore disconnect from server all the time. I cannot rely on it since many are calling me and never reach me even the Jabber is minimised and running in background.

No connection

VickyKary on

Greece

Cannot connect to phone services and work from home
