Gotta delete the whole thing and start over. This app is a calamity. I know Junior developers that can do a better job - suggestion: flip to a web app.

The app cannot do absolutely anything because of a “server unable to fulfill request” error. Utterly useless.

I deleted this freaking app after spending 20 minutes trying to create my profile. Just horrible performance as I try to type my Details (name,etc) took forever to type every single word, not sure why this happens, I have to assume it was some weird crap they’re trying to evaluate as you time. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. Made the app unusable.

Wth is this. I look to go Managua from New Orlean and the price is 1600$ just for one way! And on their website it is cheaper... I deleted the app.

Probably the worst airline app. No checkin, no boarding pass!! Could you please explain why we should download this crap?!

This update is a joke. No update in 3 years and all you have done is to resize a 4" inch screen app from 2012. Not a real iOS8 app. No high definition layers, no sliding back, no Passbook boarding pass and no notification center capabilities. Time to give it a new refresh!!

The app can’t register my reservation, please, waste of time.

I’ve been trying to add a trip on my app and is not working. It says “No internet connection” when I’m actually connected on both my WiFi and phone data and still not working!

1. Major issue is when the app informs you of the wrong terminal. 1 hour before it still indicates I’m in wrong terminal. 2. Luggage information leaves you wondering whether you should go pick your bag up for connecting flight. Which means you have to go through immigration to get your luggage on my case. It should tell you to pick up or not, and not have to determine if it’s a Interline baggage. But major issue it never updates with basic info like Terminal and gate. This is critical in large airport so you don’t find yourself rushing to get to correct departing gate. Work is needed ! I finally gave up and resorted to old school looking at information boards and asking if board or app had wrong information. Turned out app had incorrect information.
