Force closes anytime I try to look at my baggage details and cannot retrieve my boarding passes

Horrible service

The app does not accept international (Canadian) credit cards. I wasted 2.5 hours reserving with multiple failures. Do not book with them if you’re using an international credit card.

Sucks

When I click to review my seat, the app just closes, same when I click to see the luggage allowed. It’s slow and it doesn’t update which maybe Latam’s issue and not the app.

Accessing app

I can’t access the app. It doesn’t move forward when I enter email and password. And it doesn’t give me a notification window about the problem.

I’m from Canada and this was my First time flying with latam and I so happy about the flight Attendent service … 4hours fly São Paulo to Santiago and it was absolutely wonderful !!! Thank you 🙏🇨🇦

No points

Every time I buy tickets they never give my points. I attach my member number and it always says error. Every single time. I think they do this on purpose so you have to call but most people can’t be bothered to call
