Really at ease over our baby

Feeling at ease and relaxed that Cubois is watching and ensuring that the Baby is secure and comfortable. Worth every penny

The App Crashed!

I couldn't turn on the app. It auto turn off every time I tap to open the app. Please fix this asap!

Horrendous customer support

Facing issues with connection to my camera so I unpaired the camera to reset and try again (it worked in the past). However now it has not been able to pair for the past 24 hours. After trying everything I can think of I reached out to customer support. I have done everything customer support has asked me to do but their replies are slow and advice seems disjointed - as if different people are giving me random bits of information without getting full context of my situation. I understand customer support might be an outsourced service but they are sorely lacking training and troubleshooting skills. Could someone who knows what they are doing please contact me instead?
