Obvious bug, no fix
Whenever I open the app by iphone15pro, it will freeze at loading page. I must restart the app to load. This obvious bug has been there for months with no fix. Not sure if the company has been impacted hardly by layoff.

Poor product quality, extremely slow and useless customer service
If parents are choosing baby monitor, normally we are expecting something last longer than 1.5yrs. I don’t know what is going on with the quality control department of CuboAi or do they actually have one? I waited for 15 days for a replacement due to a product can’t power on. Now with the newly replacement camera, we are intermittently losing connection to the app, which means we cannot watch our baby thru the camera when needed. This makes the camera a useless garbage to us. Very disappointing. We do not want to repeat the time-wasting process with customer service. NO RECOMMEND!!!
Horrible!!!
The app is horrible and customer service is even worse! You have to message them through the app and they never give any real solutions. Half the time the app doesn’t work. The other half of the time the camera disconnects from the internet! It is so frustrating. The only decent thing is the picture quality is good. However, there are other cameras that have good picture quality that and have apps that actually work!!
Works half the time
The app works half the time you call upon it, plain and simple. If it’s working, then you have yourself a working baby monitor with pretty clear pictures. No complaints when the app is working. That’s where the 2 stars come from. However, the app freezes about 50% of the time. That is crazy and simply unacceptable for a device that you need to help ensure your child’s safety. Imagine checking your baby monitor 10 times and only being able to view live video half of those times. That’s just unacceptable. The basic function of a baby monitor is to monitor and the app fails to do that basic function 50% of the time. There’s really no need to worry about anything else like image clarity or other features if this basic function of live video freezes half the time. If Cubo can solve the issue with the app freezing 50% of the time, then I would give this app/camera a much higher review. But that’s the major issue, and one that is unacceptable regardless of its other features. Please fix the freezing issues!
Frustrating
App updates constantly break features I rely on and I spend more time than I would like trying to get the camera to reconnect which is frustrating. I think part of the issue is that I was grandfathered in to a lot of features that are now premium and have been slowly stripped of things I love about the product. I would not recommend this brand after 3 years of having used their products.
Worst connectivity
Just hire another development team plz. Need to reopen the app 3-4 times once a while to connect is touching my limit. Now it’s dead for over 12 hours. Unacceptable.

Picture is great and we love the sounds features and notifications.
Garbage Experience
The app is decent enough when working…which over the last year has been almost never. Difficulty connecting, video freezes, app crashes etc Basically, if you want a baby monitor that you can m o n i t o r your baby - this product is not for you. I also had the motherboard go out within the first two years and it was a whole process to get it fixed. Save yourself the trouble and get a different brand.
