This camera was great 4 years ago, after that it seems the company doesn’t care & does not try to fix the app. When my baby is crying or if I just want to see the baby, you cannot see using the app. It constantly loads and nothing happens. Why get this camera when I can’t even see my baby when I want to.

The only good thing about this app are the baby crying notifications. It’s been very consistent and spot on. The photo and video capture is nice too. The microphone feature never works though. The sleep analytics is usually a miss as well.

UPDATE BELOW (Previous) The recent update has a few bugs. One is when you switch to full screen mode, the time changes to 24h time instead of 12h time. Also it keeps showing the yellow icon in full screen mode to pair a pad, but we've never had one. They also really need the ability to ignore alerts when the baby is not detected. I don't need 20 notifications that the baby is crying when he's getting changed 10 feet away. The covered face/rollover alerts don't seem to separate correctly. Even though we have it set to covered face only, it sends notifications that his face is covered when he rolls over...the detection that distinguishes rolling over versus covered face just doesn't work well. The feed navigation to scroll back and forward in time can use a lot of improvement. The +/- 15 seconds is broken. Mostly it doesn't do anything, but sometimes it'll jump 3 seconds. ***Dec 5 Edit - Between the recent app updates and camera firmware upgrades, everything seems to have been addressed now. Cry/Cough alerts have a crib-only option, scrolling on the video works much better, and the 24hr timestamp issue was resolved. Thank you! **Dec 20 Edit - whelp that was quick. They reintroduced bugs like the +/- 15 seconds not working. Our camera also stopped recognizing the baby whatsoever every 48 hours or so which resulted in no notifications! Horrible. Kept having to reset the camera but it still happens. Reached out to support but they were not helpful.

Poor software build. You can only login account thru app. You updated to latest iOS and realized the “login” and “create password” buttons greyed out, then the whole system became useless.

Broken after 4 months use. Can’t return in Amazon, I don’t know what to do. It is not good quality of a product with over $200.

I’ve used this app successfully for years. Recently I updated and I can no longer connect to the video stream. My wife has the same version as me but has no issue. I spent some time investigating and it apparently works when I switch WiFi networks in my house (I have multiple). Each network is connected to the internet and this was working before. I only figured it out after writing this review, it left me unable to connect to the camera for weeks. There needs to be a better experience here, it used to work before updating. The less technical people will never guess the solution here and it’s the most basic requirement for a baby camera.

The real life video is very poor and it takes forever to load.
