Bugged, increased price and nerfed rewards

Bugged go back in time feature so you'll lose your money as the refunds don't always appear automatically and you'll need to contact support. Weekend fx fees for other currencies than EUR, GBP or USD. Even if you spend an insane 180 euros on metal for a year. The only benefit now is 12 retailers with 1% cashback what does not make up the price increase. You can get free cards with no weekend fx fees. Also, support is trash and incredibly slow. I've been using them for years and have enjoyed cancelling my metal card.

Great concept but no customer service

They have currently scammed me of 3000 euro and no customer support available for the past 8 days.

Couldn’t verify anything

After becoming a curve user I couldn’t verify my email or my phone number in the app. I couldn’t activate my fysical card in the app either.

A degrade in service

I have used Curve for a long time. I have never had issues with them. I have had 3 cards connected to my account for free. Yesterday one of my cards expired. So I had to connect a new one. But I am no longer allowed 3 cards only 2 at a time. To connect 3 cards, I now have to pay a fee. So I get the same service as before, but now for a fee of 5 €. That is quite a degradation in service!

Ridiculous weekend fx fees

Don’t use. They charge 1,5% weekend fees on weekends. Plenty of others cards have free fx fees on weekends. Their excuse is because the card is issued in the UK. The solution however, is simple. Issue the card in another country. In fact, they’ll charge you up to 15 euros a month for a subscription, and still charge you weekend fx fees.

Still not a user just need way to change

I used to login with my credit card but fill with the wrong address and I cannot find the way to change the address, so I give up confirming a curve card until I change an email to login and fill in a new address. However, when I try to add my credit card, it is be permitted. I only have this card now so I stuck again🥲😅 I don’t know how to solve it…
