Worst support team

I created my account, added 2 credit cards, I never received the Curve card, I activated it but it never worked with Apple Pay nor with my smartwatch pay system (Zepp Pay). I reached many many times to the support team. They answered just one time that they’ll look into it but 2 months later, despite many follow ups, I never got an answer. This company seems to be a scam.

Le service s'est nettement détérioré.

Client curve Black depuis plus d'un an, je ne rencontrais pas de problème particulier. Cependant, maintenant ça fait 3 mois que j'ai constamment des paiements refusés, mais l'argent débité de mon compte pendant 10 jours, le temps que l'autorisation soit débloquée. Quand tu fais le test 2 fois pour un plein, c'est 400 euros de bloqués pendant 10 jours... Et évidemment, le service client ne répond clairement plus du tout aux messages. Les co conversations sont fermées au bout de 14 jours en disant que je n'ai pas donné de nouvelle. Un comble. J'arrête donc de dépenser de l'argent pour cette carte inutile.
