Lo último que ha empeorado es que las devoluciones las meten en saldo de su tarjeta y es imposible gastarlo exactamente. Así que siempre de quedan con parte de tu dinero. Empezó muy bien pero cada vez peor. Por cierto, el servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.

La app necesita mejorar, la plataforma de momento no me ha permitido hacer el uso con el banco ING con ningún tipo de tarjeta y al salir de la app y volver a entrar, al tener almacenada la información de la última tarjeta entra en bucle y tienes que hacer muchos intentos hasta que consigues volver al menú principal

Llevo meses sin utilizar la “curve metal card” porque cada vez que intento hacer cualquier pago con cualquiera de mis tarjetas asociadas a curve, me declinan el pago. Me cobran 179,90€/año para una app que no me sirve de absolutamente nada más que darme quebraderos de cabeza. He intentado ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente y lo único que me encuentro es un chat bot que termina diciéndome que se pondrán en contacto conmigo en 3 a 5 días. Me parece increíble que tarden 3-5 días en responder cuando te venden la metal card con “atención al cliente prioritario”. No me quiero imaginar lo que tardan en responder en cualquiera de los otros planes que tienen.

Blocked my transactions (small ones, less then 100 euro) and there is no way to fix it and provide any documents. Support is useless and didn’t answer anything

They owe me £60 and they don't pay me after claiming it for more than 1 month Every time I talk to them they tell me that they are actually going to pay me, they ask me for my information and later they tell me that they are closing my ticket because there are more open ones (when they have also closed them for the same reason) I open new tickets (only 1 at a time) and every day they tell me the same EXCUSE After investigating, I have seen that many more people are ideal than me that they owe them money and do not pay them, which makes it a clear SCAM. I have also asked them on numerous occasions to send me a complaint form and they have not sent it to me, which is ILLEGAL, an app SCAM. I have gathered more than 50 people who owe them money just like me and we are going to file a complaint for SCAM and more crimes. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND DATA TO BE STOLEN!!!

Buena idea y buena app, falta poder poner la aplicación en distintos idiomas, el más importante tras el inglés, Español, cuanto antes.

La atención al cliente es muy lenta

I have not received my Curve card so I cannot activate it. A month has passed and I have not received any communication from you. On the other hand, communication with them is impossible without mentioning that they do not have support in Spanish. but still I'm waiting for a response and solution.
