Bad support

They deleted my account for being under 18. I’m actually 20😂

An application based entirely on fraud

I paid the card fee but they did not send my card, their support team is a scammer, they do not respond, their support team requests information that is not requested and then they do not even respond, stay away from this application

Nonexistent customer support

My account got blocked almost three months ago for identity verification and to this day still remains blocked because nobody verifies my passport. Customer support takes more than a month to respond to a simple email and chat support is completely useless and just says to wait for email which never arrives. All this while being a paid member.

Always getting errors

Always getting error as "Something gone wrong. Please try again later" when opening the app. Can't access anything.

Curve card gets declined

Upgraded from black to Metal and everything broke. Temporary card doesn’t work at all on websites, or payments, gets declined. Only works on Apple Pay. Customer service takes ages to reply and when they do they close your tickets and vanish. They aren’t able to solve my issue so far.

Unsubscribing seems to be impossible

I have tried to unsubscribe for 1 and a half months and it doesn’t work because customer service won’t respond to my messages. Really frustrating to keep paying for a service you don’t really need anymore because unsubscribing has been made so hard.

Cannoy downgrade X plan

On app ”downgrade plan” leads to support chat, but they do not answer and nothing happen in a about week! Curve app says next payment is coming. But i want my free plan back Solved: but it was not easy
