As a user of the Curve app, I find myself compelled to share my experiences, particularly regarding their customer service. The app promises to streamline banking solutions, but it falls short in an area that is crucial for any financial service: prompt and effective customer service. I have encountered multiple instances where my inquiries went unanswered. Despite having several chats opened in my account, none received the attention they deserved. In the realm of banking and finance, where issues often require immediate resolution, this lack of response is not just inconvenient; it’s problematic. While the app does offer innovative features for managing finances, the customer service aspect severely undermines its overall effectiveness. Users rely on quick and efficient support, especially when dealing with financial matters. Unfortunately, Curve’s customer service does not meet these expectations. In conclusion, while Curve has potential as a banking solution, its significant shortfall in customer service cannot be overlooked. It’s essential for the company to address this issue promptly to regain and maintain the trust of its users.

No customer support

I have a faulty account since I have registered, I cannot do anything in the app, besides contacting support. Everything else just fails, I cannot even delete my account. It has been weeks since I have contacted support but no one has responded yet. Extremely useless app and service.

Bugos! Regisztrálni sem lehet …

Ha a pénzünket akarja kezelni egy app, akkor nem lehet ennyire bugos, megbízhatatlan.. Már a regisztráció alatt is többször voltak hibák , bugok, így elment a bizalmam . Ha egy ilyen egyszerű dolog sem megy, akkor mi lesz a kártyakezeléssel?!? Eleve miért kell a bankkártyahoz telefonszám, cím, e-mail stb ?!? Aztán miután megadod kifagy… adathalász …

Freeze checking image quality (back)

Photo front identity card work perfect. Photo back the card, and freezee checking image quality. 2 reinstall, restart etc but dont work.

Full of bugs

This app has been full of annoying bugs for months. The developers simply don’t care.🤷🏻‍♂️

On tablet looks weird

Don't use them

They nearly never send you back the refund money, instead they give you "curve points". This is beyond outrageous. Happened to me quite some times, now I've got enough. I never heard of another company who steals your money to force you to use they service.

Notification spam

Stop spamming upgrade notifications. If i would care I would have already upgraded. Next time i’ll just delete the entire thing and use Revolut

Be careful with declined transactions

Great idea for a service, but has some issues: it regularly gets a “declined” response at different merchants, while the card is actually charged. So, if you try and try again with Curve, your real card will be charged double or triple — it gets eventually refunded, but who needs all the trouble. Curve keeps blaming this on the merchants, internet connection, whatever, so they don’t even try to fix this. This happened at least half a dozen times over the months, different merchants and only with Curve. Passive aggressive service: they answered in 30 days, to ask a question and to let me know they might respond in 30 day or extend that period again (law requires them to respond in 30, so they do the bare minimum but do not help)

Cannot log in

I really enjoyed this app with free functions till yesterday. My previous credit card was damaged so I asked for a new one. When it arrived I could not activate it so I get help from HelpDesk that app should be reinstalled. Since I reinstalled I cannot log in with my account because “Something went wrong, Let try it later”…. It seems that’s the for Me. ?!
