Please don’t download app I tried with advertising in my instagram and it was any subscription in my Apple ID after one week I understood that they got money from my card and they say you must cancel web subscription not just apple subscription!!!! They robbed me 45 and 28 dollars and no money back !!!!!

I was warned my trial was due to end and I cancelled and it still charged me the amount, I asked for a refund as I had no money to be able to pay for this and it put my account into debit and now no food for shopping, I expressed this via numerous emails and they stand by their refund policy, although apparently I can still access the premium subscription, which unfortunately doesn’t help feeding my children this week

They charge continuously and even while emailing and trying to get a refund and cancel everything they say the reasoning is not good enough for refund. Absolute thieves.

I am extremely disappointed with how Astroline has handled my subscription. I canceled my subscription well within the trial period, as confirmed by their system. Despite this, I was unjustly charged $28.99 for a 2-week plan that I did not use or authorise. Their response claimed that the cancellation wasn’t initiated before the trial ended, but that completely contradicts my experience. I followed their cancellation process thoroughly, including multiple confirmation steps within the app. This additional charge should never have been applied. **Beware:** Astroline uses a sneaky tactic with their cancellation process. After you think everything is done within the app, they send you an email asking if you’re sure you want to cancel. This is how I believe they are tricking people into getting charged despite canceling. To make matters worse, I’ve found numerous reviews from other customers experiencing the same issue—being charged after canceling their subscriptions. This pattern clearly points to a recurring problem with their cancellation process. I’ve noticed that Astroline responds to every low review with the same generic message: “I’m sorry for your experience; please contact our support.” I don’t care for this empty response, as I have already contacted their support. After being told they will not reimburse me, they have cut off communication entirely. I am preparing to contact Consumer Affairs to file a formal complaint and will be providing evidence of these recurring issues along with similar feedback from other users. Astroline needs to address this problem immediately and refund the charges to those affected.

Signed up for A$1.5 a week trial and got charged A$45 extra. They are refusing to refund the money.

Said it was $1.50 for a trial. They charged that plus an unauthorised $45 for a compatibility report I did not request. They were quick to reply, within minutes (surely a template they use for everyone’s complaints) to say no refunds. Choose a different app, this one is dishonest garbage!

Everything this app has fake. No replies are true, please dont waste your money.
