They took my money without permission and I explained to them they refused the give money back and also they charged by $ not by Aed

Why are you charging me and withdrawing money from my card and not giving me any of the PRO features?!!! And I always have 0 mins to chat with Advisors!!! Even though I haven't used any!!! Either give me all of the lost minutes for all past days or give me back my money!!!

This app is a scam if you want to cancel your subscription I’m not able too and I tried contacting them to cancel and they didn’t !

Be aware of this application!!! They’re scammers I unsubscribed my plan couple of months ago And they charged me 3 times after that Each time I emailed them for refund and they said they can’t refund me but they canceled my subscription and I won’t get charged again But it happens again and again Be aware people they’re THEIFS

I have downloaded the app for a 3 day trial and authorized the transaction for that only. However the app offers so many add ons within the same customer journey and mimic next button with confirmation and charges you for stuff you never needed, asked or authorized. When requested for refund they claim that this is already delivered. I have never needed that, never authorized it either. Moreover, I have requested a refund at the moment of charge, but still they claim as to no refund. Their pricing model is very fraudulent.

This app deducted three amounts from my card when I did not authorize. I only purchased the 1$ trial version and 1- they defected three amounts of 30$ each and they never send the email or access. It’s a scam. I send them two emails and no one responded.

The app developers charged me even though I didn't subscribe. I have been emailing them and I only get an auto response. After raising multiple emails they mentioned that the email addressed and has changed and they are contito charge my card. It was a terrible mistake to down this app. Its a SCAM.

I paid 1$ to check my reports but i couldn’t see anything after the website says go to app after i installed the app i try to login it says no account registered WTF i paid for 3 days and couldn’t see anything BIG FRAUD

I just subscribed for the app for 1$ and they deducted 58$ without asking. When enquired they say I subscribed for something which I didn’t and it’s one time. Why didn’t I see the 58$ clause when making payment for 1$. Scam . Stay away
