I emailed them to cancel subscription which they replied they did but deducted my money again
I have emailed support but they’re taking very long and hasn’t responded what to do yet. Low efficiency at handling problems

Misleading payment
Initially, there is a free palm reading scanning your left hand. Followed I paid USD 1 for a three-day trial via Apple Pay. After the transaction made, a new page shows you with an eye catchy icon of “Get the report” , which you click into that expected it was for the result of the palm reading test associated with the trail. After the click, the system charged me USD 299 automatically without requiring any further authorization. They reject the refund. In fact the subscription pricing information was displayed in a way that felt deliberately misleading, with faint colors and extremely small font sizes, making the terms unclear.

Cannot cancel subscription
Please do not fall into the trap. I paid for the app and i cancelled subscription appoint the app and it still deducts fee after a month. It’s a scam. Please take down this app.

This app is riddled with hidden fees AND I was unfortunately victim to fraud after downloading it. Do not recommend!
SCAM
I cancelled subscription on the first day of download and it continued charging me USD 19.99 every 2 weeks. After 3 months, I found that in the first email of cancel subscription, there was a link I need to click so the cancellation could be finished, what I’ve done on the website were helpless, ‘If you're sure about canceling, please follow this link.’ IT’S UNACCEPTABLE
