Be careful with this service provider. When filling out a questionnaire without confirmation, they automatically deduct money and it is best to get it from 5. They do not intend to discuss this with you even if you meet the conditions for a refund. The worst application I have ever used.
Never purchase the 1 euro trial if you don’t want to be charged another 30 euros!!!
They took 48$ without my permission.
They offered to buy something for 1 euro, but then right after you paid for it on another slide the is a “clever” button I clicked by mistake that take another 30 euros. I mailed them immediately that this is not what I wanted and that I just wanted the one euro service, but they replied that their policy doesnt allow money refund as they sent something to my mail - something I didnt want. Its obviously made for making money this way.

Okay so app just jumped at me with some one time payment like 2 dollars and then after a week it took me another 20 from my bank account SCAM!
Hello, I authorised payment of 1 eur when trying the app. But the next step I didn’t apporoved. Today i got blocked on my bank card amount of 19,90 eur which i didn’t approved or authorised and i don't see the app in my subscription so i cannot cancel the subscription. I don’t want to use or have this app but i am afraif it will deduct the money without my permission. How I can do that? Thank you
