They take money from your account without you agreeing! Ive reported them as fraud.

I cancel the subscription of this app but they tricked me and keep charging me for 5 months and I have all the proofs in email for cancellation and there’s confirmation emails also every time I want my money back they give me different excuses and now I had enough patience that’s why I’m m writing in here because customer service not responding properly whenever you contact the boy send email when the took the money out from your account…

Do not use.! I paid the £1 fee however they also took £24:99 and won’t refund DO NOT USE.!!!!!

I can now confirm that I have received the full refund, and I want to thank Astroline Web for addressing my concerns and resolving the matter to completion. While the situation was frustrating at the start, I value their willingness to take responsibility and ensure customer satisfaction. If I could rate this 0 I really would. This is a warning to say that this app is a complete scam. I usually don’t write reviews so this is coming from the bottom of my heart. My friend and I wanted to try the app out and it stated that u needed to pay £1 for a 3-day trial, to which I didn’t mind paying for. Next thing it asks if you want to pay for the PDF reading which I DIDNT want, so as I tried to swipe off I paid by accident. I say 14.99 leave my card within a second. Usually they would ask for you to put details in but it didn’t. So I immediately sent an email begging for my money back as I am just a broke uni student who desperately needed that money. Their foolish response was that their policy dont accept refunds for one time purchases?? How stupid. So I sent 3 more emails to which they became ruder and more ignorant in each email. I’m not even interested in their stupid PDF file, to which I stated multiple times in the email. Whatever you do do NOT try this app even if your life depended on it 😔

The option to create and save my own tarot spreads within the app has personalized my spiritual practice significantly.

The app forces you to have a consultation with an astrologer before even to let you navigate the app to see if you like it or not! To go back to the main screen I had to end the consultation even before it started and give feedback, and then I was able to close the page . SO ANNOYING!!!!

I paid £5 for the 3 day trial, which was fine. But the same day a request for £23.99 was made to may bank account. I questioned this with Astroline customer service as I did not authorise the payment, they said it was for a consultation which I did request but at no point was I Made aware of the extra charge, as far as I was concerned it was part of the free trial!! There is no double check in place to make sure you really want or meant to make the purchase. Absolute joke. STAY CLEAR People.
