Astrology Horoscope

There is a USD$1 Trial Offer for 3 days. You select how you're going to pay - I opted to pay using Apple Pay. After that you're lead to a second page with additional charges USD30 / USD60 etc. There was no way for me to close this window or get out of it. Before I could figure out what to do I received a notification that a charge of USD 29.99 had been been deducted from my account. this was not the USD1 which I had authorised to pay. If you do an Internet search one can easily see that this is a common occurrence with this app/website. It has been almost a week my issue has still not been resolved, and all I have gotten our automated responses saying open “we will get around to your issue" It is not an issue. It is an issue of Astroline doing. This is unfair, ridiculous, and quite frankly just wrong. Needless to say, I am not happy and would 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ASTROLINE. *UPDATE* my complaint was addressed and the billing charges reversed. I'm glad my matter was resolved, however, this shouldn't have taken place to begin with!

What a scam! They have been debiting me non-stop for a week even though I have emailed them and removed the app from phone!

How can I access previous horoscopes? Some days I only get to open the app after midnight, and then the Horoscope is already gone. Also, I write a diary and it would be great to add horoscope entries retrospectively! Thanks!

They make you pay for the trial, after that they will deduct the purchase fee and call it a one time payment before the trial ends. On the first day. The app is the worst you pay for everything, you pay over $40 for 5 minutes. Do not try it at all.

I was charged $29.99 which was not the amount I was told I’d have to pay for the 3 day subscription,I wrote an email requesting for a refund but I was told that I don’t qualify,this app is a scam,they’ll deduct money from your account without your consent.

I paid the initial $1 which promised a 3-day trial. Unfortunately once I downloaded the app it then wanted me to pay more money to access anything. Not worth the effort imo
