Habe mir die App runtergeladen und die AGB's akzeptiert. Seitdem wird mir jeden Monat 39,99€ abgebucht ! Support nicht erreichbar! Keine Rückmeldung per Mail erhalten. Keine Rechnung erhalten, keine Bestätigung für irgendein Abo. Nichts zu finden in den "Apple Käufen". Der Apple Support kann auch keinen Kauf finden. Konnte nichts stornieren oder gegen den monatlichen Bankeinzug tun. Habe meine Bankdaten nirgendwo eingegeben. Es wurde alles von meiner Kreditkarte einfach abgebucht, die bei Apple Pay hinterlegt ist. Datenklau ! Musste meine Karte nun auch sperren lassen. Was ein Ärger wegen so einer sch.... App. ! So viele Stunden Zeitverschwendung und das Geld für die Monate erhalte ich auch nicht zurück.

So Leute ich habe mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen mir wurde versichert das ich innerhalb 14 Werktage mein Geld zurückbekomme. Mein Anwalt ist bereits informiert es ist bisher nichts eingegangen obwohl die Frist heute ausläuft. Der Kundenservice ist auch nicht zu erreichen. Die App ist bereits dem Verbraucherschutz gemeldet worden. Leute lasst euch nicht ausnehmen und wehrt euch. Ich alleine kann wenig gegen diese Leute vorgehen aber wenn jeder von euch was macht…

Trotz Kündigung der Testphase gab es ZWEI Abbuchungen 1x39,99 und 1x 19,99€ Auf Anfragen reagiert niemand… Finger weg!!!! Toller Text, tat ich . Konnte mir niemand helfen. Geld ist weg. Ich habe bei der Bank den Anbieter sperren lassen.
