Daily Strength is a gym workout planner and tracker that makes it easy for you to log and track your weight lifting workouts. Create your own gym workout plans and routines by selecting from an extensive list of exercises such as bench press, barbell squat, deadlift, and a variety of dumbbell, barbell and olympic exercises. The workout tracker also contains built in gym workout plans that you can easily get started on. Some workout schedules included are Stronglifts, 5x5, Madcow, Push Pull Legs (PPL), Starting Strength and much more. Training with weights has never been easier.

When you create your gym workout plans and log your weight lifting workouts, the workout planner will help you visualize your progress. You can view one rep max charts of the major compound exercises like bench press, barbell squat, and deadlift.

Of all the apps I have used and tested, I always come back to this. I can not understand why influencers continue to push such average, expensive apps with apps such as this available. Truly a diamond in the rough. Novice or experienced, looking for preset programs or to make your own. This does it, does it well, and does it for free unless you want some specific features and then it does it cheaper than anyone else. This is it

Good app needs to add more workouts on there and sometimes it keeps crashing but apart from that, everything is good 👍🏾👍🏾

Been using this for years now. Developer consistently adds new useful features. Find 1 or 2 bugs along the way but they are dealt with quickly. A lot of customisation options once you get premium (which is well worth the price). Would recommend to anyone. Would hope to see Apple Watch integration one day but understand it can be a challnege to set up

The app is easy to use and keeps everything logged. It’s quick and easy to use whilst in the gym. I’ve linked it to my Apple Watch so my watch will vibrate when it’s time to get back to lifting. My only wish is that you can share your workout with a friend.

This app is fantastic I insist you get the premium and the coach. It has turned me from chubby to chiseled and i continue to grow. Great plans pre made and you can set up your own. It saves your last session data too. Track one rep max and muscles. Awesome app. Nothing else compares

Used numerous app’s trying to find one that suits my constantly changing mindset and I just keep coming back this one - one off payment for lifetime for under £10 simply cannot be argued and the programs available give good grounding for different types of workouts - easily edited by duplicating then editing in ‘your workouts’ section. Recently upgraded to the yearly coach just to try and have to say I am really enjoying that too but seriously the std app is more than enough!
