Excellente application gratuite

J’utilise cette application pour débuter la course à pied. Ça se fait très graduellement et c’est bien expliqué et coaché. J’en suis rendu à la semaine 4/8 et tout va bien. L’application fonctionne bien avec de la musique qui joue en simultané et j’ai comparé avec Strava et les statistiques fournies sont les mêmes mais à la différence que celle-ci te parle pendant le parcours. Je le recommande fortement.

Super application. Vrais programmes pour débutants, la voix nous guide tout au long de l’entraînement et on peut écouter notre musique en même temps. C’est top.

J’ai découvert l’appli par un vendeur de souliers de course. J’aime l’intéraction de l’appli, qui informe en cours de parcours du chrono, du rythme, et de la distance. Elle dit aussi de courir moins vite ou plus vite selon la sorte d’entrainement.

J’utilise cet application depuis peu et je l’adore ! Le coach m’encourage de continuer et le temps est moins long .

Super facile à utiliser et encore mieux , je peux faire les entraînements de course avec mon « coach » même sans réseau. Le gps prend les données et l’appli me donne les consignes. Une fois de retour je peux voir mes performances ! Parfait pour moi! Les programmes sont super bien fait et motivant en plus.

Depuis la mise à jour d’iOS, l’application n’ouvre plus. Et mon programme m’attend 😫

Ne fonctionne pas avec IPhone 14 pro max

Dommage j’avais cette application sur mes anciens IPhone, elle est super, mais depuis que je suis sur IPhone 14 pro max, l’appli ne s’ouvre plus… est ce un pb d’une mise à jour?

Depuis la mise à jours, mes séances ne se synchronisent plus et je n’ai plus accès au coaching ni à plusieurs de mes séances précédentes…j’espère que les problèmes seront résolus bientôt

J’aime qu’on puisse choisir facilement ce qu’on veut faire. J’utilise l’application pour le pilates. Durée et fréquence parfaite, juste assez pour ne ps lâcher et s’épuiser mais assez pour faire une différence. Explications au cours de l’exercice. Par contre j’aimerais avoir plus de suivi au niveau de la respiration. J’adore et en plus c’est gratuit!!

Good coaching programs to start exercising (maybe for advanced too but I’m not there yet). I also like the ability to track other activities (walking, biking, etc.)
