Hi, can you help please. I’ve recently bought a Kalanji having thought I’d change from wahoo. It links to my Zwift and Garmin but it cannot be detected on the Decat coach app. The blue tooth recognises and synchs ‘DecathlonDual HR’ but the app stills does not recognise it. I’ve reset everything. I’ve removed the app and put it on again. Still nothing. Very frustrating and tbh I wish I had just stuck with Wahoo. Any help appreciated
I love the guided Pilates program it’s perfect length and minimal instructions allowing me to focus on my body. It’s the fist time I use an app for regular exercises and managed to stick to the plan every day and continue for the following weeks. Would be great if there was more advanced / intense stuff afterwards to keep me going but I guess I can just repeat this one. It would be great if the app was connecting to AppleHealth and recording my workouts.
I was looking for a guided Pilates app and couldn’t find any I liked or that were any good. Saw this and as a Decathlon customer thought I’d give it a go. Really pleased with the 3-week plan I found. Good high-quality videos demonstrating the moves, guided instructions, each exercise & session is timed, lots of scheduling options, able to share via Social Media if you want. Only things I’d drop half a star for are; - Cadence of the guiding voice is a bit odd (but makes me smile!) - A few wrong instructions (like twists to the left tell you to turn to the right) - How to breathe doesn’t always come at the start of the demo so I find myself out of synch Not sure if I can up the intensity or duration of my plan once I’m through the three weeks but so far so good. For a free app this has loads of features that other paid for apps ought to have but don’t!!
I started running as a beginner about 2 year ago. A French friend of mine put me on to this app. It is really useful. Like the maps, the breakdown of sections times and you can upload photos. Also good for walking and cycling. This may be bulk standard, but it does exactly what I need it to do and it is free. Would recommend
Good sessions and well guided
I do lots of interval sessions and this is perfect only counts you in 321 but it’s all you need. Gives updates every one km. great for a free app
Gives you so many different exercise options from beginners and up that everyone should be able to find something that suits their own abilities.
Great that you can choose your training, schedule it, and watch / listen to the videos. It’s just a shame that it doesn’t sync with apple health kit to pull data such as weight, height, bpm, etc as so many other apps seem to. If it also somehow synced with Apple Watch it would be pretty perfect.
