This app for iPhone and iPad will give you an unprecedented level of command and control over your 2014 or later model year network ready Denon AV Receivers (due to hardware differences, older models are not supported with this app. Please check the model compatibility list below; if your model is not listed, please download our previous “Denon Remote App”) Along with many new features, the graphics and user interface have been completely overhauled.
Control the basic functions of your Denon product with power, volume, input and settings.
Network browsing is either done within the Denon AVR Remote app or depending on model by selecting HEOS network as input which opens the HEOS app automatically.
With the Denon AVR Remote, your iOS device just became an integral part of your home entertainment experience.

*1: A firmware update for your Denon product is may be needed, please update the firmware via the system setup menu. *2: Please set "Network Control" to "ON" in your product via the system setup menu to use this app. (Network > Network Control)
*3: The OS language setting is automatically detected; when not available, English is selected.

The update broke it. Can no longer access my amp

Useless app

Cannot find AVR 90% of the time

Breaks After Every Update

After updating on the 8th of November, when I control Spotify volume using my phone buttons, only the main zone responds, Zone 2 stays static. This means I have to manually change the volume in Denon app. Not the first time I regret updating. It’s always a gamble. I will not buy another Denon product, too much frustration.

Very poor app

Crashes constantly an impossible to restore without completely closing down and restarting. Very frustrating.

Not for AVR-X2600H

Bummer. It worked and then it stopped working and cannot find my AVR-X2600H ? My amp wi-fi settings cannot match my password ???

Needs a bit more...

App isn’t too bad. Don’t think it’s as good as the Yamaha version. One thing I would love is a volume up (+) and volume down (-) features. The sliding bar is sometimes too sensitive. Other than that i enjoy it.

Absolute crap

It doesn’t connect to the receiver. One day it will connect. And then not for a month after.

Where do I control other zones?

Where do I control other zones? On top only main zone pops up. Overall the app works well, crush every now and then.
